Sales policy H & H Farm Boer Goats in Ohio, prides itself on excellent customer service, and we will do everything we can to make your experience great!! If you find an animal that you wish to purchase, please understand that we cannot hold this animal or animals without a deposit, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We do not want to miss an opportunity to satisfy any of our customer's needs and that is why we have to have a commitment. We require a deposit of 1/2 of the total purchase price to hold our goats. All deposits are non-refundable, unless something should happen to any animal that would not make it suitable for selling. We will gladly refund your entire deposit in the unlikely event that this would occur. Delivery is available upon request, with appropriate fees.
Disclaimer: All sales are Final! We work hard to provide top quality animals but once a transaction has occurred it is final. H &H Farm OHIO Boer Goats is not responsible for accidents or losses that may occur once ownership is changed or once the animal has left the farm. H &H Farm OHIO Boer Goats is not responsible for damage caused by foreign bodies or sickness not apparent at the time of the sale. We will stand behind young unproven bucks or does if they will not breed for you, up to two years of age. H &H Farm OHIO Boer Goats retains the right to prove that any animal is a breeder. If such a case should arise, the buyer must return the animal in question to the farm at the buyers expense. The Buyer will be responsible for any cost arising from proving the animal a breeder. If said animal is found not to be a breeder, H &H Farm OHIO Boer Goats will then substitute an animal of like quality or give the buyer a credit for that amount towards the purchase of another animal. Exception: If the animal has been mistreated in care, housing, or nutrition in any way, or is subjected to hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, then this guarantee is null are void! There are no guarantees on animals that have previously kidded or over two years of age. |
